The Arcanist is capable of wielding devastating, restorative, or defensive magic, making them a formidable force to be reckoned with.
Recommended Race: Imperial
Imperial is the perfect race for players who want to be tanks, as they have a significant increase to both Health and Stamina, in addition to regaining all three resources (Health, Stamina, and Magicka) when dealing damage. Their ability to reduce the cost of all abilities also makes them an excellent choice for tanking. Tanks frequently use both Stamina and Magicka, so being able to regain them is a significant advantage, while the added Health is a great bonus. Although not the best choice for PvP, Imperials are still a solid option due to their valuable qualities.
